These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for this website and for the FIRST VIRTUAL EVENT IN THE AGORA METAVERSE to be held on May 24, 2023 starting at 7:00 p.m. Time zone of New York, USA (GMT-4) aimed at Dentists, Orthodontists and other oral health professionals.

About the AGORA METAVERSE event
The event will take place on May 24, 2023 through the website https://agora-metaverse.com/events/ The event will be aimed at Oral Health professionals such as Dentists, Orthodontists, Periodontics and all Oral health professionals.
In this event we will have the presence of Dr. Francisco Eraso, Orthodontist and Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist. Topics such as the influence of Artificial Intelligence AI and the Metaverse in dental procedures will be addressed. Dr. Eraso is an orthodontist and oral and maxillofacial radiologist. He received his DDS from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia, his advanced dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry, his master’s degree in Oral Biology from the University of Louisville, his certificate and master’s degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his Certificate in Orthodontics and MSD from Indiana University.
Registration and Entry Procedure to the event:
Attendees will be able to purchase entrance tickets from April 8, 2023 through this website and with the rates indicated here.
Once they purchase their tickets and make the payment of the same, the participants will receive the instructions to enter the event on May 24, 2023 and access the different spaces and conferences prepared in AGORA METAVERSE by Dr. Francisco Eraso.
Event Details:
The event will take place on May 24, 2023 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. where it will include a talk, a question-answer session with the guests and finally Dr. Eraso will present «Ágora Market Place» and will give a small tour of the capabilities of AGORA METAVERSE and its future.
Dr. Eraso will address the relevance of optimal records, their presentation through the use of image folders, radiology reports, and their impact on Aligner diagnosis and treatment planning. In aligner therapy, Dr. Eraso will emphasize the importance of having information about the roots and alveolar bone to allow for clear visualization of the final results before starting treatment. Through patient presentations, Dr. Eraso will demonstrate his expertise and the impact of combining Deep CBCT® analysis and artificial intelligence (AI) in his aligner clinical cases.
In the final part of the event, Dr. Eraso will present «Agora Market Place» and give a small tour of the capabilities of AGORA METAVERSE and its future.
Objectives of the event:
The objectives of the event will be the following:
- Appreciate the importance of 3D diagnosis and the correlation between periodontal health and successful orthodontic outcomes.
- Understand how metaverse, artificial intelligence (AI) based on CBCT analysis can improve your clear aligner practice: their accuracy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Discuss the importance of alveolar-based versus corona-based treatment when planning clear aligners.

TICKET PRICE
The prices of the Ticket depending on the day they are purchased will be the following:
- If purchased THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, tickets have a value of FORTY US DOLLARS (USD$40) each
- If purchased TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, tickets have a value of FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD$50) each
Return Policy:
We ask you to read our return policy below for possible cases where these returns and refunds are appropriate.
Returns:
You have FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS to contact us and request a refund from the date of receipt of your original order. In order to be eligible for a return, you must contact us within the specified timeframe and provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be applicable in the following cases:
- Technical problems at the time of purchase where it is verified that the value of the purchase has been debited from your debit / credit card, but the purchase did not end successfully and the data to access the event did not reach the email.
- Duly verified technical problems that prevent access to the event and that do not allow you to access it at the scheduled times with the access credentials provided.
- Technical inconveniences that prevent the development of the event and in case there is no rescheduling date.
- Final cancellations of the event due to circumstances of force majeure or fortuitous event.
Return requests must be addressed to the email [email protected] attaching all the evidence of the case and provide a bank account where the refund will be made if it proceeds. Our team will be in charge of studying the corresponding return request and verifying whether or not it proceeds. In case the return proceeds, the interested party will be notified, and the respective refund will be made in a period NOT EXCEEDING FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS following the approval of the application.
If the return request does not meet the requirements indicated here, no refund will be made.
